Fortitude is a privately owned real estate firm established in 2002, with a multi-million dollar portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential properties in New Zealand.

Our ethos is to provide quality spaces for commercial and residential tenants at reasonable rates with a professional yet personable and timely property management service.

We are passionate about real estate and the transformation and revitalisation of properties, and really enjoy working closely with business's to capture the most of opportunities available.

We pride ourselves in "doing things once and doing things right", which has been the mantra for over two decades in the property business working from a position of honesty, integrity, and helping others succeed.

Georg Winkler

Managing Director / Commercial Property Manager

Georg has been investing in property since 1996 with active roles in acquisition and financing of property through to project management and property management. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer who has established, managed and sold a number of successful business's.

Lisa Winkler

Principal

Lisa has been involved with property since 1999. From a background in logistics and management of a successful drilling company in the 2000's, she has strong project management skills and business co-ordination skills.

Anita Archer

Residential Property Manager

Anita has managed commercial and residential properties since 2011. She was also the administration manager for a national engineering consultancy firm, with strong skills in account management and customer service.

Blair Archer

Project Manager

Blair manages and coordinates most of Fortitude's projects and with characteristically high levels of initiative, he is the man to get things done.
